The aromas, flavours and colours both of local
and Italian cuisine are offered daily by chef
Fulvio, in typical and traditional
recipes. The trattoria is recommended
by the best
gastronomic guides and is frequented by hotel guests and local people alike. Under the ancient
vaults of the trattoria you can taste roasts, lake and sea fish, local first courses and
traditional
recipes. The menu naturally considers our youngest guests who can choose
from colourful, fun
meals. The Corte Pozzi restaurant is one of the activities
we take great pride in: set-out in the
ancient courtyard - around which the residence develops - it will immediately
win you over by
its beauty. The old well stands at the centre of the courtyard and this is where Fulvio delights
his guests at lunch and dinner with
his spit roasts and refined dishes. The wine-cellar
is
especially well-stocked and Nadia and Oscar are certain to advise you of the best wines for the
dishes chosen.
